CLO 6: Locate research sources (including academic journal articles, magazine and newspaper articles) in the library’s databases or archives and on the Internet and evaluate them for credibility, accuracy, timeliness, and bias.
I did most of my research through the CCNY library website. We learned how to research on different search engines such as Jstor, which I used for Journal Articles and One-search, which I used to find books. These research sources was much better than Google because these search engines had reliable sources. While using Google I always made sure to pick articles from websites with .org, .edu and .gov. This made me feel safer using information from these sites because they have credibility, accuracy, timeliness and are non-bias.
